The short version: we publish a delivery window for every paid product. Miss it and you get your money back. You keep whatever we already delivered.

Email customer.service@idamil.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us which order it is. You do not need to explain yourself and you will not be talked out of it. We do not require a phone call, a form, or a "retention" conversation.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically returns the money to your bank in 5–10 business days; that timing is your bank's, not ours.
Delivery clocks start when we have everything we asked for in the intake form — not at the moment of payment. If we are waiting on photos, copy, logins, or an answer from you, the clock is paused. We will tell you plainly if that happens rather than letting a deadline quietly slip.
If something has gone wrong, email us first. A refund by email takes minutes; a chargeback takes your bank weeks and gets you to the same place. We have never refused a refund that was within the terms on this page.
Subscription products can be cancelled at any time by emailing customer.service@idamil.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. The period you have already paid for runs to its end and is not prorated.
